November 1, 2026

Last Week at Stall Brook...

What a perfect day we had for the Fun Run! We are so grateful to our PTO board & volunteers for organizing this event to raise money for our school and for all of their hard work setting it up. We are also grateful to Ms. Rothschild for her organization and coordination of the event and to our staff who added to the fun by participating in inflatable costumes.

*Congratulations to the following classes for earning the Golden Horseshoe award this week:
  • Mrs. Weeman's 3rd grade class
  • Mrs. Youkilis's 3rd grade class
  • Mrs. Naylor's Kindergarten class
We are so proud of you!

Important School Information & Updates

Live Drop Off Line - Please ensure that if someone else is transporting your student to school that you communicate our Arrival/Pick Up procedures with them. We are finding that there are still people not adhering to the procedures and sometimes it is a grandparent or other care provider who may not know. Once Live drop off starts at 8:45am, ALL CARS must stay in the line, even if going to the preschool drop-off. This is a necessity to ensure we can keep all of our students, staff, and families safe as this becomes two way traffic with families crossing.

Parent/Teacher Conferences - Conferences are coming up next week (11/10 & 11/12). Each teacher has communicated through their own classroom communication methods to set up conferences. If you have not already done so, please contact your child's teacher to set up your conference time.

From the Health Office

Head Lice Reminder
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Head lice can occur in any school community and are not a reflection of personal hygiene. Please check your child’s hair regularly for signs of head lice.
Please remember that head lice are considered a health nuisance rather than a health hazard. Although they can be bothersome, head lice do not spread disease. If you discover that your child has head lice, please treat your child promptly according to the product instructions and notify the school nurse of your findings. Your cooperation helps us take appropriate steps to help prevent the spread of head lice within our school community.
To help prevent the spread of head lice, please remind your child not to share combs, hairbrushes, hair ties, hats, or other personal hair accessories with others. Thank you for your attention and support in keeping our students healthy and comfortable!
Sincerely,
Nurse Jean
